Items must be returned unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Customized, engraved, special orders or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Refunds:

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

In case your refund is approved, shipping or any VAT fees are non-refundable. Refund is specific to the product retail price
Shipping Costs:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items:

Late or Missing Refunds:
